Member "GRIDLOCK", Awesome Service, Expertise, and Worksmanship

I had the pleasure of going to Ruben for service on my 2006 325I today.

Ruben delivers everytime for me and I am always extremely satisfied with his awesome service. He has worked on my e46 and now my e90. He is very honest and will give you expert opinions and not assumptions.

He recently replaced my thermostat, waterpump, hoses, coolant, serpentine belt, spark plugs, and microfilter. I don't trust anyone, but Ruben. He is a class act and will do whatever it takes to get the job done, even if it means getting you a rental car if your car is unsafe to drive.

He even showed me how to use the Autologix software with his device. It was pretty cool, I got to see all the hidden features in my car.

I highly recommend user name "GRIDLOCK" for any service that you need done on your BMW.

Thanks for all your help and awesome customer service Ruben. I look forward to working with you again bro!

Ruben delivers as he always does! I had a rough idle problem and after he ran the diagnostic test, it was one of my coils that went out. He fixed that for me along with an oil change, brake flush, and replaced a rear brake pad sensor. His service and communication is second to none. Thank you again Ruben for your honest/hard work and expertise!
