I snapped my arm at the radial head from a overhead fall on Easter last year and have been PT'ing the shit out of the arm trying to get back to form
I'm 6'1" 210 lbs @ age 50. I work two jobs so its tough to keep a regular workout along with three kids and two homes to maintain but I'm trying ! ![]() Any of you guys older than 50 trying to get to your peak ? I ask because all I hear from physicians is "don't lift heavy, the disc's cant handle it at your age etc". ![]() |
