That's just caused by an integral correction wind-up issue from loading up the car at such a low rpm, high gear. Really only seen on a high mass inertia dyno set up. It causes a ~1psi overboost which causes a throttle closure. You rarely see this condition on the road. But yes, we eliminate this issue with the Procede.

Well, in that dyno comparison the N55 torque looks straight but has 11-15hp less than the N54...

Very nice work Shiv! Congrats! Do you think the same procede hardware will port over to the n63 eventually? I can see picking up a used 550 in a couple of years.

Integral wind-up is a bitch

Good thing you fixed it or N55 pikes peak runs might have been affected!

I actually know exactly what you're talking about but it's amusing to me to see such a deep technical detail

Hey Shiv,

How does the top end on a vehicle with this tune feel? Let's say 100-150 MPH acceleration? From my experience, the N55 runs out of steam around 125, the pull after that is rather interminable on the stock tune.

Thanks

Really? I've pegged my n55 and shifting from 4th to 5th feels great... the car just want's to keep pulling. I can only imagine how it feels with a tune...

Really? I certainly hope you have quite a bit of distance to spare for this to happen... Crossing 130, it takes the car a while to gain speed.

You sir, have clearly never driven a well tuned and bolted evo, supra, Z06, or M5 for that matter!

Well no wonder you feel like it ran out of steam. Look what you are comparing it to lol
