Help
I am selling a car cover. Someone in Maryland wants to buy it. How do I find out how much shipping is? And do you add that to your asking price?
Never sold anything across the border before.

Go to a post office and see if it will fit in one of their packages.
And yes you should add that to the price. Best option to use is always Canada Post. |

Stick it in a box. Measure it and weigh it. Then go here:

Send it via CanadaPost, but make sure to use an option that has proof of delivery.
Add the cost of shipping onto the total cost.

I have sent large boxes via Canada Post. Like the posts previous to mine, the best way to do it is wrap it up in a box and pass by a Canada Post with the address of the recipient, and they will tell you the exact price.

If you want to use CP, you can get the price from here after you weight it and know the dimensions, you don't need to go to the PO.
http://www.canadapost.ca/cpo/mc/pers...cels.jsf#Rates UPS ground or Fedex ground are probably around the same price, you can check the rates on their websites. |
