How to photoshop matte colors?

Hi im tihnking of wrapping my car in either matte white or black

I am able to change the car's color in photoshop but does anyone know how to make the matte color?

why dont you jus search on google to get an idea, theres hundreds of matte wrapped bmws.

I would try adjusting the saturation on the color layer or maybe play with the contrast by taking away some. If you desaturate or decrease the contrast a bit, it should make the paint appear less "glossy" to give it a matte look.

Worth a try
