Yes, but it plays over a longer RPM range - at least 1000 RPM more... I think it should still be a little faster, assuming equal drivers. And faster on a roadcourse, it has tighter suspension and more grip (255 square setup).

compared with a stock 335i, yes, compared with even a jb1, apparently not... let along a v3 piggyback which would be murder.

I know a PROcede V2 only equipped 6AT car can outrun the lighter Audi R8 so I know it would easily jog away from an RS4. And apparently the PROcede V3 is a tiny bit stronger than V2.
