TPMS Disable with Coding: Possible?
I just invested in INPA cable and looking in to coding.
I don't have TMPS insider the tires on my E90 anymore. I want to disable the ambler warning light on the dash. When I search around, it looks like it's impossible to do this via coding alone? I need to buy a special module to fool the system? Thanks in advance. |

There are several threads on this. You need to both physically disable (unplug) the RDC module and make the code changes.

I successfully removed the TPMS warning. Have you figured it out?

I did this:
http://e84.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1145078 And it worked pretty well. It wasn't exactly the same stuff, but if you use your head, you'll be able to figure it out. |

Highlight $2VB and press delete on your keyboard, then OK. If you're '07 I think you have FTM instead of TPMS though.
