My e92 325i Alpine white

Hi
I recently purchased a 2008 e92 325i in Alpine white.
Attached are some pictures.

I am trying to decide what mods to do to the car.
So far I have decided on gloss black grilles, rear boot spoiler and some new alloys.

I am trying to decide between OEM 313s or gloss black MV4s.
Regarding the spoiler I like the new BMW performance spoiler but think it may be slightly OTT.

Any suggestions?

Looking good! As a fellow 325er, there's one mod which should be near the top of your list - a Performance Exhaust back box. Without it, the car sounds little better than a hybrid IMHO...

Have you got any more details on th exhaust you have?
It does seem to be a bit too quiet!

Nice car mate - always a sucker for AW - Would love one myself!
IMO, the 313s on the AW cars look the absolute NUTS! Do it!
Look forwrd to seeing its progress

Here is what you are looking for

I would personally go for MV4 in Anthracite.

Makkan that above AW e92 looks exactly how I would want mine to look!

I have heard rumours that 313s can only be refurbished once. Is that true?

How much better is the sound compared to the oem exhaust? The OEM is usually silent till about 4-5000 rpm from what i have noticed.

Where is the best place to source the exhaust from and how much did you pay for yours if you do not mind? pm me if you do not want to post here!

Answers:

1) LOADS better! You will not believe the difference. Transforms the car IMO.

2) P/E can only be sourced from a BMW dealer.

3) I paid £730 inc VAT (no fitting cost as I did it myself). The clamp is supplied with the muffler, so you don't need to buy that separately.

That's not a bad price!
Did you notice any change in acceleration or performance?

If I'm honest, no.

Some updates on my car. I have swapped the MV3s for 313s but am contemplating swapping them for some black csl alloys!
Im also in two minds about what spoiler to install either a performance spoiler or a bootlid spoiler.

I fitted an M3 style boot lid spoiler to my AW E92, and it really finished off the rear of the car nicely (IMHO), here's a pic:

]So
In the last few weeks I ordered a high-kick performance spoiler from BC.moto which arrived a few days ago and I had fitted a few days ago. Really pleased with it.

Was at a local wheel place yesterday with a friend who was after some wheels for his a5 and i mentioned to the owner that I was about to order some black gloss m359 wheels.
He showed me a picture of some wheels he could get and quoted me a price to which I couldn't say no!
So I had them fitted today!
Pics are below.

Why didn't you keep the 313s. I'm trying to decide between them or csls.
