Unhappy I think I have lemon car.

I drop off my car again to get it service today. I've been in out the service department for some few time since I purchase my 07 BMW 335i. I don't know if have a lemon car??? HEre is some few things I remember thats wrong with my car.
- Turbo delay Fixed twice
- Fuel pump failure fixed twice
- Acceleration delay
- Radio LCD blurry
- Power steering really hard to turn
- Loose of power Fixed twice
- hard start
- Engine is really hot is like over heating.
- Exterior chrome trims are fading.
- Mirror on the left side won't adjust.

Today I have the acceleration, fuel pump, side mirror, and power lost service again.

I'm still learning about the car, this my very first owned BMW. I hate it getting service all the time. I feels that I can't enjoy the car thinking back in my head that I have a lemon. Please advice I don't know if have report this to LEMON LAW. Any comment is much appreciated.

u can hire a lemon law attorney, I know some people that have had less problems than this and have easily gotten the full amount they have spent on the car back.

Thank you. Looking at the service records I've been to the service for 8 times, with 3 repeated issues.

Hard starts are related to the HPFP issue, actually most of your issues are related to the 335 line, pick up an e9x m3 if you want power and reliability, or an e9x 328i for reliability.

Next time either get the shadowline trim or buff a coat of wax on the chrome trim to prevent fading.

I guess the good news is: the HPFP class action lawsuit forced BMW to warranty the part for ten years.

With a 2007 he is well out of lemon law territory but it can't hurt to talk to one - just don't get his hopes up too high.

Engine is running hot? No way! This engine is supposed to run cooler than ambient temperature. Chrome trim fading? Yea dude, you definitely have a lemon.

Exactly..

People throw out the Lemon Law advice without knowing the actual limitations on it.

you can't lemon a used car. Souds pretty typical if you ask me. I have had nearly as many issues. Many are tied to the HPFP.

In some states you CAN lemon a used car, but not after such a long time.
