I don't really know where to start, so ill just get to it. April 6th I placed an order for a set of polished mid pipes (2nd cat delete) through wheelsto. Placed an order for a bastuck axle back the same day. the bastuck came from Germany in a timely manner.

I have spoken to both Daniel and Andrew multiple times. It is now 3 months later and no pipes. First it was delayed due ///Mfest. Then because u moved stores. Then "oh they are in the jig" followed the next week "oh just finishing in the jig". The next week, "they are just finished getting polished andthey should be going out at the end of the week". This takes us up to the start of June.

It wouldn't be so bad if you guys hadn't taken my email and phone number 3 seperate times, claiming that I will be called If they don't go out. I know you are a small comany and I'm just One customer, but for a company that prides and builds business on reputation, not only did you drop the ball here, but you just plain suck.

So for any of u out there that might think I'm trolling. My name is Justin, RR, you have the rest of my info if you Care to comment.

Hey there,

I just saw your other thread and posted there but I am very sorry you are having to go through such a delay. This is a new product offering from Riss so it has taken some time to get through the preorders and pump out the first units. The good news is that these have finished production and are at the polisher. Your pipes should be ready to go next week but if you are having trouble getting in contact with them, let me know. We are their official online distributor and I would be happy to check on it for you.

They have had some problems getting products produced since there have been so many new introductions but we are working with them to streamline production and keep consistent stock. I am glad to report that this has vastly improved over the past 2 weeks and we now keep a consistent and updated list of what is immediately available or lead times for the rest of their products.

What is the deal with these type of business practices. Why don't vendors just come clean and be honest and say they don't have the part in stock instead of beating around the bushes and end up risking their reputation over something that just require honest reply.

I don't get it

these are for the 335i. not XI, just pain e92 335i. these arent new at all. they have been out since august of 2008. an easy thread search has a post from august 5 2008, so they have been out longer than that. can we say almost a year give or take 30 days.

Fear not, guys. We have stepped up to the plate, we will be taking over their distribution, customer service, and support 100%. We have already started making the changes, and we have a face-to-face meeting next week with them to make even more. We know that there is a huge following behind these products and we intend to make sure the customer service is there to support said following.

i still would love to get the pipes, but getting them seems to be the issue. i hope you are able make the changes needed.

i had a similar problem. paid for my mid-pipes on May 15 or something like that. after a little bit of a back and forth with Anthony (CEO of Riss Racing i believe) he told me he would be shipping my set out this week. good to see the ball finally rolling.

Oh ive heard it a few times too. when i first purchased them i was told a turn around time of 2 weeks. then it was going to get shipped out the week after that. however all this was when i was dealing with someone else at riss racing.

after i started dealing with anthony i feel as if hes not shafting me and telling me things so ill leave him alone. i have faith they'll get shipped out!

No problem, we are now Riss' official online distributor so we will be taking care of the customer service, order processing and shipping so they can focus on producing parts which is what they do best as a manufacturer
