Tires! How many miles do u have on your rubber?
Hey all! First of all Merry Christmas and I wish that all of you to be safe..Please dont drink and drive. I've lost too many friends because of this...Anyways, I have my second set of rubbers on my "Violeta" that are ps2's with 23k on them and 37k on the car. I just wanted to say how impressed i was with these tires and my definite recomendations for them.
I do believe tire wear has a lot of variables such as driving habits. Personally, I usually cruise on the freeways at around 90 and do 90% of my driving on the highway. I do not, however, track or take my car to the canyons (anymore). I do drive my car hard once in awhile though to push it out to its potential and to hear that engine sing its finest tune... I made this post out of curiosity of how many miles my other 3er drivers are getting on their rubber. I was actually considering the Goodyear GS-D3 F1's but my dad swears by Michelin so I took the bite for a bit more. If some of you can post what kind of tires u guys are running, % left on thread, and some commentaries then i think it would be a benefit to the other drivers on here!
