If what you mean is to go below the 99 because of the contract then thats a definite no. But I can negotiate a little more. PM me if you're still interested

Uhh no. You can get one for 99 WITH a 2-year contract. I originally was selling my 16gb iPhone 4S for 270.00 and GOT my asking price. I broke/cracked it before shipping and myself and the buyer negotiated on 200. So 170 is generous.
