The new Lupe Fiasco album.

I heard the whole album today, and with the exception of a song or two...I'm loving the album! The production is very nicely done and his delivery of the lines are great.

I listen to all kind of music, whether it be rap, rock, pop, trance, some of which are not even in English. As far as for rap albums go, I haven't been impressed with this since Kanye's first album. Just wanted to make a useless thread since this album was a lot better than I thought it'd be..quite refreshing.

It wasn't a contest to me, as far as if you beat me to making a thread or not.

I haven't felt this refreshing towards a rap album in a long time..which is why I made the thread. The last 2 albums that I thought were incredibly done were Kelly Clarkson's and Natasha Bedingfield's.

I didn't like Food And Liquor much. At that point I liked Lupe's freestyles over tracks on mixtapes a lot more, especially the flow to Sitting Sideways with Jay-Z, who got killed by Lupe on that track IMO.

lol...I didn't mean it in a condesending way, I was just surprised that no one else commented on the album being as good as it was...I agree that his mixtapes are crazy...I personally loved the following songs:

-Ignorant Shit freestyle (old but good)
-Real Recognize Real (this song should have been on the album, the Streets and The Game are on the album booklet)
-Handcuffs
-Glory
-Kids with Guns (he chopped and screwed this for an intro though for Little Weapon)
-And He Gets the Girl
-Coulda Been
-We On

I could keep going but these were the ones I could think off the top of my head...I havent heard the sittin sideways freestyle so I got to go download that

I've been listening to the album a lot more now. For some reason a few tracks just are stuck on me. He really is an amazing rapper and the beats just flow.
