We've never heard a complaint, and we sell quite a few of them.
More people go with Sport, but Race is a more aggressive drop. The ride will be a little stiffer, for sure. It will prematurely wear your shocks down a bit (maybe 50,000 miles instead of 70,000 for example) depending on your driving style, so it is better to get a spring and shock combo, but they are designed for OE shocks, so it's not too big of an issue at all and many people choose the springs-only route. It will not affect your warranty - if the shocks fail, BMW will not cover them. You will want to buy aftermarket shocks if that happens, they're cheaper and better. I highly recommend the product if coilovers are out of your budget. You can also get a cupkit which is a nice spring/shock combo but isn't $1200-1500 like coilovers are Let me know if there are any other questions. JL |
