Urgent Help on Spacers/Springs !!!!

Hey guys,

I'm starting to get real worried about this.
I really need your advice.

My current setup has the following:
- E92 328i xDrive
- H&R Sport Suspension
- 275/35/19 - 9x9.5 - ET35 (rear wheel)

I just installed 10mm rear spacers and I'm rubbing on small bumps...
My mechanic said the rubbing will go away with time because it's rubbing some plastic and it'll eat off with time.
Should I trust the guy? Will it go away with time? Will rolling the fenders help at all? What are the risks of having that done?

To make things worse, I just checked my rear wheel gaps and noticed they're not even the same.
On the passenger side, there's no space between the tire and the fender.
On the drivers side, there's enough space to fit my finger in between.
Is it normal? What do I do?

Im actually having the same issue, I recent installed a Touring Cup Kit from H&R, The car rides fine but when I went to measure the spacing on the rear to install spacers, I noticed a pretty significant difference exactly as you stated, my passenger rear rides noticeably lower then the drivers side, Im also wondering what others have learned about this.

Seemed like it was taking forever for someone to approach this topic! Thanks for answering!

Good news is we both have the same issue with the same brand of springs and our cars ride just fine. We should try and see if others have the same issue.
People with H&R's, check your wheel gaps!
Anyway, I'm going to see a couple mechanics tomorrow to make sure everything is fine. I'll let you know what goes on.

Well just checked today and weirdly enough the gap difference doesn't appear anymore.
It just fixed itself on its own.
