Is this the 3 stage intake manifold?

I cant really tell with all the additional parts attached. Doesnt really look like it

From what I can tell no it is not the 3-stage manifold, it may be a manifold but it's not the one you need to do the 3 stage conversion

Looks like an m54 manifold which is a previous generation 6cyl. Won't work.

In the description it says it's for a 01-05 330i or 06 coupe. which is the E46 chassis.

Don't buy anything from eBay for your car. I work at a performance shop. I see people do it all the time. It's not worth it.

I'm going to be very nice to you since you're new. There is nothing wrong with buying OEM parts off ebay or other sources.
