Turner motor sports short shift kit

I have a question for y'all. Has anyone installed the Turner motor sports short shift kit alongside the bushing refresh kit in your 335xi? If so, which shift joint did you get with your kit? My kit came with the straight joint. There's a bit of conflicting info if the straight shift joint will hit the transfer case vs the offset shift joint.
Edit: car is a 2010 E92 335xi n54

This is the kit : https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-567777-turner-adjustable-short-shift-kit/?pdk=AQcI

This is the refresh kit I'm talking about:

The part in question is the rod joint that attaches directly to the transmission

its a waste for the kit since u have the ssk. you just need the 2 oval bushing (stock or poly) and the rear bushing, the clips, rod bushing (realoem vin verify if u want toi replace)can be resused. imo i would upgrade oval bushes and use a new rear bushing. fyi the shifter is not bent like oe so sit a little crooked, you get used to it but hindsight it more annoying than i thought
