when i think of bolt-on, it's take the stock system off and bolt on the new system.
Agreed. Bolt on means no cutting is involved - period.

Either option is simple for an exhaust installer or enthusiastic DIYer to install.

the remus sounds good based on the sound clip provided. I've made a bit of research between the 2. I found that the price difference between the 2 is really small. So I might as well get remus..

I'd voted for the Remus as well. You can't go wrong with them. Let us know if you need a quote.

I do have a question, how accessible is the valve? Will jacking up the car be need to adjust the valve?

+1 also curious... I like the fact that the Remus is adjustable, but is it easily adjustable?

The valve is situated on the outlet pipe of the muffler where the tips will be clamped. It is tac welded when you will receive it. You will need to use a screw driver for the first adjustment.

Guys,

When did Remus come out with this exhaust for E90's? I contacted
Remus about 5 months ago in reference to a powertone and was
told they didn't have one for the E90, so I bought a Rogue.

Hmmm I've seen it available from Remus from at least since August. Not sure from before however.

Wig
Wig,

The POWERSOUND for the 320i 325i and 330i were released in 2005. However there are no homologated/TUV approved applications for the 328i, hence why REMUS GmbH told you there were no specific applications.
