Yeah there is another thread about this. It's a M3 with a special paint job. Although you would have to be a serious idiot to spend that much on a M3. You can get a brand new, fully loaded M5 for that price.

why not just buy a normal m3 and get a matte paint job and wheels. Cost almost half that.

Frozen Gray is a BMW Individual color, so anyone that pays more than $5k over the MSRP of that car is a moron. Limited shlimited...that car isn't going to hold much of a premium over any other M3 in 5-10 years IMO.
