It is a shame there isn't much interest in modifying BMW's in Australia.....I suppose this is why we don't have a big after market dealer network in Australia compared to the US and Asia.....
Those guys love their mods..............maybe we are a bit conservative?

Guys, just in case you may be worried about the quality....heaps of guys in the US have done group buys with Europassion on kits etc........I think they are doing another as we speak. All are happy coustomers. Once we get some final numbers and interest we can get a quote on the freight, so if you are interested, let us know.

Please join us guys....once this miss then it will be hard to buy yourself consider the shipping price will all borne by you alone. So this is a very good chance to join the group buy so the shipping cost can be divided among us. |

Felix just confirmed that the stock fogs fit the Rieger......bring it on. Is this GB closing the same time as the US one at the end of the month?

when does this GB close? and total amount?
hey all, i'm new to e90post.
got my car coming in about 2 weeks - stoked i'm interested in modding the front with either a bumper or a lip but am probably gonna need a few more weeks to decide (check out the stock car first). So firstly, when does this GB close (Felix or noidea)? and also, for those on the east coast (skyskie, sevey) anyone else wondering how much it'll cost in total? from my estimations it'd be like (for eg. kerscher bumper): US$150 for bumper + $US100 for paint (probably cheaper than getting it done here) + ur own share of the shipping to Perth (Felix quoted me US$200+ for the group) + ur own share of customs into Aus (not much once we split it) + ur own share of the shipping from Perth to Sydney so i estimate around $US350-400 which is like $AU450-500 is that abt how much you guys estimate aswell? |

There is no time frame when to close the GB. If you guys are comfortable then can close the GB right away. But we are hoping they might be someone else wanna join the GB so that we can share the shipping cost. Someone like you which we are not expected day to day so the later we close, we might be able to fish more people.
well, i haven't got the accurate shipping price from Indo to Perth as it is all depends on the quantity. Let put it $200 USD for the shipping. So far we have 3 so that means 200/3. I will be responsible for pick-up from the Port and declare the item. As far as the duty concern we migth not need to pay any tax as they are below AUD1000. ??? If we do need to pay duty then it will shared among us. Then i will arrange the item ship to you. That you will need to pay urself. I can ship to one place in sydney and you guys can share the shipping cost from Perth to Sydney. Thanks Last edited by noidea; 04-18-2007 at 04:01 AM.. |
