HELP! DSC Error and Vibration

I Just installed h&r lowering springs and i am getting a dsc error on the screen. Also I rotated my tires left to right (conti dws) but i am getting a lot of vibration at higher speeds and it is worse when decelerating.

I know i need an alignment because the steering wheel is off, but does anyone know why the vibration or dsc error?

I'm going to switch the tires back today and see if the vibration stops. I may have forgotten to install the thin gasket on top of the perch for the front two coils.. would this be part of the issue?
