Need help with wheel fitment and offset

Hi all, sorry in advance for adding another wheel fitment question, but here it goes. I'm considering getting a different summer wheel set-up for my pre-LCI e90. My current summer set-up consists of the 18" OEM 162 wheel with stock tire size, 225/40/18 and 255/35/18. They are nice wheels, but holy cow, they are heavy to move around, 55lbs for the front and 56lbs for the rear, especially for a 325xi.

I'm considering getting some 18" VMR VB3 in Gunmetal, I'd like to reuse the stock size tires, since they are almost new Michelin PSS.

What offsets do I need to run a fairly flush set-up without spacers? On the stock 162 wheels I have a 15mm spacer in the rear and 12mm in the front.

Can I use these sizes wheels with my 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 tires:

18"x 8.5" ET 20
18"x9.5" ET 22

Thanks in advance!

I would recommend that you run the 18x8.5 ET40 with the 225/40/18 up front and the 18x9.5 ET33 with the 255/35/18 in the rear for a proper fit. You can also run a 5-10mm spacer up front/rear if you'd like to push the wheels out further for a more aggressive stance.

The Michelin tires do run a bit wider and is not the best tire for those who are looking for an aggressive fitment. Seeing how you have an E90, it is likely that you will be able to get this to fit, however, you will most definitely have to roll your front/rear fenders and have to adjust your camber accordingly if you plan to stick with the MSS tires.
