What are The best Spark Plugs to use

I have 2007 E92 and i am thinking about changing the spark plugs .

Any suggestions in brand or spec

+1 for oem ... I think there is a new superseded part as well for those boschs - changed mine Nov last year @ 50k

We only have one plug option. Order from autohausaz.com Im pretty sure they are the cheapest around.

OEM plugs are easily the best choice IMHO ( dont flame me) ... until I see something work better it's the only way I would go

They come pre gapped. you just need the special sized socket. BMS sells a good one that is magnetic.

Fairly sure OEM's are NGK's, aren't they? Every Indy shop I consulted said to use NGK's.
