Selling my 2007 335i as I just pickd up a 911.

Adult owned, garaged, non smoker, extra clean. It is in excellent condition inside and out with the exception of your usual tiny rock chips on the front end (mainly tip of hood and front bumper) and some scrapes under the front bumper lip. I had the car professionally clayed, rotary polished and sealed by Scottwax (look him up on e90 post or 6speed online - he's one of the best in DFW). This detail was about 7-8 months ago and the water still beads awesome with the sealant. The car is garaged day/night. When driven to work it's in a parking garage. I handwash the car at least once every two weeks.

N54 Engine - inline 6 twin turbo - 300hp/300lb ft torque (underrated by BMW - closer to 332hp and 311lb ft)
International Engine of the Year 2007-2008 and 2.5-3.0 liter engine of the year from 2007-2011.

Brake flush within the last 1.5 years
Alignment done by Classic BMW in Plano about 6 months ago ($200) after new tires purchased.
Oil/Filter last changed @ 42,445 miles.
High Performance Fuel Pump Replaced under warranty from BMW (newest model in).
New OEM Bosch spark plugs installed last weekend at 45,268 miles.

NOTE: Car has an optional transferrable extended warranty ($0 deductible) w/3 years or 47K miles remaining (which i will only include at asking price), otherwise I will not include it as I get a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. It covers all major components...engine, tranny, turbo's, etc.

Also I didnt mention it also currently has $0 deductible extended warranty on it that I can transfer to the buyer. 3 years or 47k miles remain on it...the company will refund me my $ for he prorated unused portion but if I sell the car at my asking price only will I include it. It not negotiable to be included below that. Covers engine tranny turbos etc.

Just FYI. For those of you who live in the Dallas Texas area you can see the car tomorrow in person at classic BMW in Plano,Texas at the cars and coffee show in the morning. This car is extra clean and very well-maintained. Come check it out for yourself.

Bump. This car is super clean! No disappointments...and the ability to transfer the extended warranty is avail. Who wouldn't want 3 years or 47k more miles of extended warranty coverage?
