help! 325 running a bit sluggish after K/N Intake

I just installed my k&n cold air intake and it seems that its running a little bit sluggish. Anyone have any idea if I need to reset something to do with the computer so it runs better? I had an Audi TT before and I reset something and the computer " re- taught itself" on the new cone. TIA

yup MAF, perhaps its the height/position the maf sits in the intake also. Try going back to stock and see if it solves your problem...

Checked it, dry as a bone! It does not feel as responsive as before when I really get on it as well.

The MAF will look and feel clean. Clean it anyways.

You're not suppose to touch the wire on the maf.

Thats why there is a spray cleaner....so you don't get the wires dirty.

OP, if you felt the maf wires and concluded they are dry, they are not. You put oils from your fingers on it and it is dirtier than before.

Also check if your intake pipe is secure. Make sure there's no leaks especially on the bottom side of the pipe at your hose clamp near the engine.
