They're not too bad. I noticed the steering got a bit stiffer because of the size and offset. I had runs-flat before so the ride on those were rough too. So not that bad of a difference and I don't mind it, it's worth the new look.

Yup! Needs a bit more air. Be sure to check your pressure, wheels are more susceptible to cracks and bends.

California law is like 73% (or what ever it is stock) for the 2 fronts and whatever you want on the 2 rear door windows and back. You'd probably be fine with 20% all around, but it's risky. 35% looks nice and I've never heard of anyone being pulled over for it, but people will still see you picking your nose and eating it.
