Chevron 94 and Esso Premium are also ethanol free.

There's a MacEwen's on Bank St. in Ottawa that has e85. I pass by every week on my way to hockey and put some in for extra ethanol. They're rebuilding the MacEwen's near my house just off the 416 and I hope they put an e85 pump in there.

And whats your take against ethanol?

Ill take whichever top tier gas can offer the most octane, i just decide to stick to petro over esso. Our fuel systems are ok with quite a bit of ethanol, and it also burns cooler. Im just speaking from a performance/go-fast perspective, but our engines are also direct injected, meaning all that cleaner valve stuff that V-Power sells doesnt get to do its part since the fuel isnt injected via port, but rather directly into the cylinder.

If i wasnt tuned, i would also be pumping shell.

Ethanol is less energy dense than gasoline, so in theory you should get better MPG with pure gas. I also take issue with using up farmland and fresh water in order to make substandard fuel.

Thats right, better mileage on ethanol-free gas. Although I may not actively "think green", i do appreciate those who do, so thanks.

Petro, mostly because I get 12c off per litre (10c discount card, plus 2c with Petro MasterCard), PLUS you earn Petro points (which can be used for additional 10c savings cards or car washes).
