Tire/wheel replaced and brake vibration

So I hit a pothole and my dealer replaced my front right tire and wheel. After picking up my car I noticed when braking there was a pulsing/vibration felt through the pedal. It's been a few days since I picked up the car and the vibration seems to have lessened quite a bit. Is this normal or do I need to take it back to the dealer? My car has 5,000 miles in case that matters.

Nobody? Guess I'll have to haul my @** over to the dealer.
