BMW Performance Short Shift Kit (SSK)

Had it installed today. It fits perfectly on the 335. My dealer installed it for me, took them a hour.

I know it's an easy DIY but I'm always just afraid of screwing something up and having to go back to the dealer anyway.

Has anyone tried getting an estimate for the labor charge at a BMW dealer here in the US? If so, how much did it come out to?

i didn't go to a dealer but a shop where they only do BMW and are certified and they only charged me like $75.00 which is the price for a 1 hour labor. i was in the same situation as you cause i wan't really that sure if i was able to do it myself. i think the dealer will just gharge you 1 hour labor, and the rate will just depend on which dealer you go to.
