BMW coding in Ohio

I am looking for someone that can code BMW's near central ohio/western pa. If you know of anywhere or anyone who can do this I would greatly appreciate it. Codes I am looking at doing:

Auto fold mirrors when the car locks.
Auto fold mirrors when car unlocks.
Put the windows up via the key fob.
have my halos on with just the fogs while day driving.
possibly a few others.

I am willing to drive to someone as well as pay to have these done.
