Seems like a pretty good deal. How familiar are you with these cars? After 11+ years and 80k they start to need work. Unless you can DIY, you need to factor this into the price. Rob (cyphr) sent me some great information a little while back, I can dig it up if you want.
I'm kinda/sorta looking for an E36 M3 as a weekend car too. In no hurry at all though, and still haven't found the right car at the right price.
