Hey guys

Something a little different for the feedback board here. Instead of waiting for our customers to have an issue we'd like to be pro-active and ask you guys

"What can we do better?"

Nothing is too small or trivial. Please feel free to post about any experiences you've had with us, positive or negative.

Also, we'd like to hear feedback from you on how we can improve

was all set to place an order, but your site isn't recognizing my credit card. looks like i'll move on to another vendor.

I didn't see your order in the abandoned cart bin where failed transactions show up when issues like this occur.

What kind of error message were you receiving? It would be great if you could maybe send us a screenshot so we can fix the problem.
