Noise, Driver Side towards back seat

Hey Guys,

The worst part about a noise is:

A. Trying to describe the noise
B. Trying to pin point where the noise is
C. There's a noise. And it's scary as fuck.

When I accelerate the high speeds it sounds like theres something brushing against the wheel well. Imagine riding a motorcycle, and while you're going high speeds you put your foot on the ground to have the road scratch under your boot, or, if your car is slammed, it rubs against a speed bump.

The car has been sitting for about 2-3 months if that helps. Someone advised "wheel bearing" I don't think that could be as it does not whistle at low speeds.

Any suggestions on what I should look at first?

Rotors?
