JB4 install problem

I installed jb4 today, all was well until I noticed that I wasn't hearing anything on the speakers. They just didn't work at all. I had to turn off the car to make it work and when I went in the jb4 dashboard menu I just lose my speakers. What could be the problem??

anyone?? the speakers just stop working when i go into the jb4 dashboard menu. I never had it before so I'm sure it has to be related..

you have the setting for the "Audio/radio off" turned on. go into the JB4 menu and turn it off.

Radio setting at speedo 6 is set to zero so I guess its off?? If thats not how to turn it off can you tell me please?

its a new feature on the JB4's... if it only happens when you are in the jb4 menu then there is nothing to worry about in terms of improper install or wiring.

Go to option 6-5 and that should disable it
