I am thinking of selling my 335IS.

The reasons for sale are:
1) I am a manual guy and DCT, although nice when pushed, is not for me
2) I am unable to drive it in Dallas the way I would like to -- cops are insane here
3) since I cannot enjoy it properly, there is no need to have this high performance vehicle.

Quick details -- I can send all of the details if interested and when I return to the US (Next week). I will also post pictures.

- 2011 335IS, 23,000 miles, my DD (I believe it was in service since August 2010, so original warranty is till August 2014).
- Also has a CPO on it, so, extra 2 years warranty and to 100k miles
- Premium, NAV/BTooth (iDrive), heated seats, HK Sound, BMW Assist, Sunroof.
- LeMans Blue color, black leather interior
- LED Lighting inside
- Michellin PSS tires with less than 2000 miles on it (BMW tire sealant package in the trunk)
- 7 DCT, 18" 313 wheels.
- Upgraded ER FMIC, I have the original parts (definitely a great upgrade for hot Dallas summers).
- Never tuned, and unfortunately, never had a real opportunity to step on it.

The car is beautiful, fast and runs flawless. Always maintained at BMW and AutoScope (local BMW specialists).
A few small paint chips/dings, overall in great shape.

NOTES:
in November 2012 while pulling into parking space, the parked car opened the back door and I "drove into" his door damaging my front bumper and right headlight only. It happened at 3 mph - basically the other car's door cut a hole in my bumper and scratched the headlight. Insurance replaced the bumper and light with the BMW OEM parts and all is like new. I have the pictures and details of the "accident". Absolutely no issues from it, it was just the cosmetic damage.

I am the third owner. First owner, an older gentlemen, had it for less than 8000 miles. Previous owner, I know him personally, is a real car enthusiast and had plans to tune it, etc, but never got to it due to financial issues. I bought is with 15,800 miles on it in May 2012.

KBB value for "Very Good" Condition is $39,300.

I am asking $37,900.

Perfect, low mileage IS with a warranty to 2016/100k...

New sticker was just shy of $61k.

Not in a hurry, however, if another dealer offers me what I call an acceptable "trade" deal (writing off the taxes on the new vehicle), it will be gone...

What does 'slightly negotiable' mean? [PM me] I would have to fly out to TX from CA and drive it back. In CA we still have to pay tax on full purchase amount of any (new or used) vehicle... regardless of trade-in.
I have funds avail. and ready to buy if price is within my budget; no loan needed.

Thanks man. Awesome car, I am just too stubborn to accept the 7DCT over the 6MT. If it had the 6MT, my 11-year-old would inherit it from here

I would much rather see someone from here drive it off than the Stealer to flip it quickly for a $6-7k profit...
