I think there is a problem with my car

Guys I took my car to the dealer. I got the oil change done, oil leak fixed and cleaned up, and all 6 of my Spark Plugs replaced. I notice while driving I don't really feel the jerk/power loss like I used to. But now and like before while stopped at a red light, while holding my brake the car starts to jerk back and forth almost like it's stalling and my rpm drop to 0 and back to 1. Could this still be from an open hose somewhere?
