My 2009 333i is in excellent condition and i am the original owner. Only reason I'm selling is because i am relocating to NYC for a job.

48,*** Miles, 6 Speed Manual, Black Sapphire metallic exterior with black shadow-line trim and 20% tints make for an extremely sharp appearance. Interior has dark walnut wood trim and heated/power/memory black leather seats. This vehicle comes as fully loaded and includes a M-Sport package (Aerodynamic package, Shadow-line exterior trim, M-Sport leather Steering Wheel (with radio/phone/voice controls), M-Sport Short Shifter, and 18" M Sport wheels), Navigation, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Clutch/Hill Assist, Sunroof, Sirius Satellite radio, IPod/IPhone Integration, USB Adapter, Ambient Lighting, Anti-Theft Alarm, Digital Compass in rear view mirror, 16 Gigabyte hard drive for music and phone storage (user can load CD and or MP3 via USB port - I will leave my current collection in there if requested - over 1200 songs), Xenon adaptive headlights, Dynamic Cruise Control, Park Distance Control (rear). Also, i have a set of separate wither tires (Blizzak LM 60) mounted on separate rims which i will throw in to sweeten the deal. A/C ice cold, All scheduled maintenance. Miles are mostly highway to and from work, Non-smoker, Super clean interior. Still under factory warranty until 50K Miles or Aug 2013. If buyer was interested, they could purchase an extended warranty for the car through BMW before the 50k/Aug deadline. Also, this car has never seen anything but 93 octane from its first tank. I know i listed just about everything, but I'm a thorough kind of guy.

ALSO INCLUDED: Wheel and Tire Warranty that stays with the car. This completely protects you from the cost of new tires and wheels due to road damage until August 2014. This warranty also covers the snow tires!

THIS CAR WAS NEVER MODDED! Its Bone stock and ready for action! It has never been in an accident, was garaged, has a clean CarFax report (see below), and has always been serviced at BMW dealerships, Must see and drive. Bump for a nice car... Looks a lot like my car except I don't have full M Sport (except those parts I've retrofitted: shifter, handbrake lever, footrest, etc.)

I thought M Sport was not offered on E92's in 2009? I thought it was E90 LCI's only in 2009. Is yours a late build date?
