Ppl with non-RFT what do you bring for precaution

My car is still very new @ 2800kms so my current tire will still last for sometime. I have the M-Package (18") so it comes with the Michelin PS2, ride isn't really bad IMO.

However I am thinking of going 19" and since there isn't much options for 275 RFTs so I might go with non-RFT.

So what do you folks do/bring in an event that you will get a flat tire?

The good thing with our Canadian 3 series is that we don't have the those TPMS so there is no risk of damaging the sensor if you use those kits that fills the tire with stuff.

Spare Tire?
Mobility Kit?

CAA?

nothing.
bmw roadside is only a call away. i have spare wheels and tires at home.

if im going on a really long roadtrip and if space allows, i bring a full spare/jack. otherwise, most of the time, i spend driving in the GTA area.

I've never had to use it so I don't know. The GUNK brand is only for summer use and is not rated for these temperatures. So I bought the (gulp) Motomaster on which is rated for up to -30 I think...

I have a feeling I might end up getting the a non-RFT for winter, so I might go check out those tire sealant things. Any particular brand I should get or stay away from?

I have the older version of this:

http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brows....jsp?locale=en

Similar to the BMW Mobility Kit... and for really long drives, I throw one of my winter wheels in the trunk as a spare.

Will BMW road side assistance still tow you for free if you get a flat without RFT tires? I'm just wondering if they will say you should have RFT and has anyone tried calling them with a flat?
