Something seems off, I ordered the bump stops from FCPEuro.com and received this, the white one is the E46 Z4 (when I select E85 Z4 this is what I get) the orange one is the E36 M3.

Think you may have ordered/received the wrong ones, unless those are just bumpstops without the sleeves. All the other ones I have seen come with dust sleeves as part of the assembly. The BMW PN is 33536770350.

You have to compare to the ones on your car now to these F/F and R/R. Comparing rear Z4 to front e36 m3 means nothing. You have the right ones for the front, if the rears are 1" shorter than your existing OEM rear stops that is good. I trimmed my OEM rear stops so did not use Z4.

They pop into the dust boots. There is a ridge for them.

Yea, then I got the wrong ones. The part number for the one I received was 31336778544.

Can you please share where did you order this? And how is going with install, very interested to put on my car. Switching from 335i sp suspension and first thing I've noticed is xi suspension sucks.. any other modification needed?

There is no sport springs on xi's, even with the sport or m-sport package. All xi's share the same shocks. It is very well known on the forum if you search...

I ordered the shocks from turner motorsport, and the springs from ECS. I haven't done the install yet, just got the garage in order after moving, i will probably be doing this late april.
