IMHO : That's what we can see about MAX.
He has so much RB money he is drowning in it and if needed the RB could top up.
Sainz haș asked for 2 million more on RBR's offer for next year !

The Verstappens are smart businessmen too. So it's not about winning alone. Manager Raymond Vermeulen, Jos and Max know how to monetize Max The Machine.

MAX never raced , just to get the big money .
A triple F1 World Champion who gets the big money , that's part on top of F1 racing ..
MAX raced from day 1 to become the best driver of the world , and he certainly accomplished that !
Hats off for MAX , because he remained that simple boy and always straight forwards to the point just like it was in day 1 .
And that's something we can't say from some other drivers.
MAX is born at the track and never thought about money..
MAX will never change , by his passion for racing . That's why he's the best.

In the future I want to become a F1 World Champion !

The question is if Max continues to win so easily will he get bored and want a new challenge such as moving to a different team or go to GT3. Schumacher went to Ferrari to return them to the top. Will Max do something similar?

Wasn't the Honda thing that they wanted to leave fully so RB had to make a plan B? Then they did a huge switch and decided to stay?

Max Verstappen, like his dad, is anything but a simple boy. He's a bloody arrogant prick. For that matter, very few F1 drivers are or were 'simple' guys. And I cannot think of one. And I've met perhaps 50 of them, most off the track. Max Verstappen is an exceptional driver. If I had a team, I'd be selling my mother to pay his salary. But borrowing Sir Frank Williams quote on Mansell: 'Great driver, but I'd never have a beer with'.

In the early years, Verstappen annihilated the karting competition by winning 124 out of 130 karting races (except for 2006, he competed in multiple karting championships at the same time - he won all championships he competed in). He didn't get bored of racing - it's his life and passion. Likely the F1 driver with most hours clocked on karting circuits + simulators/SIM racing combined.

Looks like victories don't bore him. Although he repeatedly says that he's not interested by statistics, I guess that he'll call it a day once he will have achieved an 8th WDC (if he'd ever has any such chance). He also repeatedly said that he has no intention to be around in F1 in his late 30s - he wants to move on to other race categories (also in SIM racing, he rarely competes in F1 cars).

This clip is fitting (and a tad hilarious) - it's hallmark Max: some will say that he's nuts and recklessly stubborn, others may say that it properly illustrates his hard-coded 'go for the kill' obsession mindset. No matter what, it's a good thing for the sport to have fighters as tough as nails who give it all they got, delivering what they've been chosen and paid for:

Brundle says the exact opposite.

Max is a champion. That's just how champions are built.

Did you forget 2016 with Lewis and Nico? Or Ayrton and Prost? Even Seb was an asshole, people used to dislike him until he started losing.
