Long Island NY PPI request

Hi All,

Who is a reputable indy shop in the Long Island area to go get a PPI done at prior to buying a car?

Thanks in advance...

You'll probably have better luck posting this in the regional section of the forums.

Ive heard good things about MNC Performance as well, but I called them a couple months ago to install my shocks and they were charging a good $100 more than eagles nest and wouldn't budge on the price. I guess MNC knows they're in demand and every bimmer enthusiast on long island goes to them so they think they can overcharge people. I'm sure they do excellent work but I'm just telling my experience with em.

PPI for purchasing a vehicle located near that area. Its easier for a buyer to travel than to get a seller to do things.

Yea I saw their website and I contacted them... but I think my deal is falling thru. I'm going to focus on out of state cars and having it shipped to me. Local dealers seem to think they are the only game in town (Will be fun to roll up with the new to me ride saying... yup... yours is on the lot and mine is in my drive way).

Was looking at an X5 from Long Island... yea your car is a pretty good deal. Are you still under any CPO warranty? Have considered adding the CPO wrap to extend out the warranty?

I love IT as well... Been good to me all my life, but $500x52 weeks is only $26000... I was making more than that in my first job doing tech support over 20 years ago. Something doesn't make sense... U r wayyyyy under paid or u r doing something super trivial?

PM me about what u r doing or what u wanna do and i can try to hook u up with something more useful/challenging/rewarding.

No doubt, WFH is a great benefit... But if u make the effort to haul yer butt into an office in the city and make 2x, 3x, or 4x more... Would u spend the money on a monthly subway pass
