This guy just keeps on and on and on.

He doesn't want a refund, I'm sure Eisenhaus or its dealer that sold him the exhaust would gladly refund his money, but no, he wants to wait for it, but needs to complain about it while waiting.

Hey they told me that its going to be 2-3 months

ask them about me.did I ever called Eisenhaus or status for the first 1-4th months?

and stop bitching as well k

If you think the shipping charge is excessive, you can open a Fedex a/c and email them a shipping label. I'm sure Eisenhaus would accept that. Then, you can pay for your own shipping cost.

Ive told my terms and conditions. All Iam waiting is just their side.thats all!

Mr John Kang eisenhaus told me too in order to get my exhaust,I need to delete the thread that Ive made or say something good about eisenhaus. Or I dont get my compensiation.

well till now I still dont get my exhaust!!

Hmm... that's something that you are not obliged to do. You can express your own opinion of their service and you don't have to praise them if you don't want to. This is unreasonable just like you ask them to eat up the international shipping cost. Hope you'll find a solution soon. Better yet, just dispute the charge and get the ARQRAY exhaust from Japan directly. Much faster IMHO

how was the exhaust paid? credit card? if i was in your shoes, i would say f it and cancel the order. can't cancel it, call up your credit card company and dispute it.

imho, your tuner shop probably should have gone through somebody else to get the exhaust. iirc, there's also a company in the uk that distributes eisenmann exhausts.

and isn't the 320i a pretty common car outside of north america? i find it hard to believe it's a "rare" exhaust. maybe just rare for eisenhaus in the US to actually order one from germany.

anyway, good luck with everything and remember, there are always other exhaust options out there.

Good lord man! Cancel the order or call your credit card company! I dont know of anyone that would deal with this crap for over 5 months.

Bro, I dont know you, but you seem to be a dumbass. I'm curious, how old are you?

Give it up, call your CC company, dispute it, get your money back, and let this thread die. Everyones happy.

Mr. mig28, unless you like drama, there's no point in continuing on with this nonsense.

Do you really want your exhaust? If you do, pay for the shipping (like you've intended to in the first place), and you'll get it soon as Eisenhaus has it now and can ship it to you right away.

Contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. www.bbb.org.

You can also contact the Federal Trade Commission, and the attorney general's office. Tell them about the blackmailing situation.

Also post your story on www.bimmerfest.com and www.bimmerforums.com, and other web sites where Eisenhaus does sales to let others know what kind of business these crooks run.
Throwing the word crook around is a bit harsh. You are overreacting a bit for an outsider, aren't you?

Eisenhaus isn't out to steal people's money and they have been business for quite sometime.

Ok I take that back (edited original statement). It still doesn't excuse the fact that Eisenhaus is forcing a customer to make a statement or retract a thread in order for him to receive his refund.

In fairness, I hope we can hear from the side of Eisenhaus on the matter.
