Bumper boo boo

Went to church yesterday with the family, when I came out .. my bumper had a nice new dimple.

The guy left his info and it turns out he is an agent. I am going through his insurance but I wanted to get a general feeling, is this repairable?! or will I need a new bumper?

You'll always be able to see it if they repair it, push for a new one.

All in all I would get a new bumper.. mtec. Last winter a durango slid into me making a turn. Hit my rear left fender and dented it and scratched my bumper. We didnt go through insurance since they wanted to pay it out right. I went to a body shop in town where BMW takes their cars and they just filled and drilled and painted my bumper. Anyhow where the tailight meets the corner of the bumper...it pops out now cuz they wanted to just paint it. Good luck to you!

The bumper would push out and the whole bumper would need to be properly stripped and re painted..

Rather get a new M-tech, the safer and easier way.

I thought ALL the church going people were supposed to be honest, kind and true. Doesn't the religion have no commandments on what to do in such situations? The RIGHT thing? -I don't get it.

I'm gonna guess you missed the part at the bottom (under the picture) where it says the guy left all his info. I'd say that's doing the right thing. I don't remember any commandments about "Thou shalt not suck at driving."

Hahaha---I did miss that extra info.
But I did think there was a commandment about "Thou shalt not suck at driving?"

Lol ... so they called me today asking if I wanted to take it to one of their "authorized repair facilities" or get an estimate (which they will cut me a check) I opted for option number 2!
