Help! Clutch/flywheel/throwout bearing????

So the other day I was rippin some donuts in my e90 335i and as I went to drive away I heard a loud screeching noise almost like a belt or bearing, I mean really loud! I drove it straight home and shut it off.

The next morning when I started the car in gear clutch in there was no noise but when I put the car in neutral and let off the clutch that noise came back.. Put it in second with clutch in, no noise, put it back to neutral noise again and so on..

The car has 65,000 miles on it with a jb3 map 5 and DCI. Do you think I smoked my clutch or flywheel or bearing
