Building your own LCI tail light harness?

Is it possible to splice the pigtails from an LCI e92 to a pre-lci E92 instead of actually buying the harness from a vendor? Or is there another way to build the harness?

You can buy the connector and pins w/wiring direct from BMW to fit the LCI lights. Part numbers are as follows:

Connector (need 2): 61136909058
Pins + wires (need 12): 61 13 0006663

You might be able to buy the pins cheaper from elsewhere as they are probably the tyco ones but I can't give you their part number as I don't know.
