need tire suggestions

So I just recently bought a set of varrstoen es1 19x9.5 +20 offset in the front with 225/35/19 tires and 19x10.5 +25 offset in the rear with 265/30/19 tires the rear tires are completely bald and need to be replaced, I tried the wheels on my e90 just to get an idea on how they'll look and the fitment is horrible due to the fact that I'm on stock non sport suspension. My question is what tire size would fit my rears and fill in some of the gap from the fender? I wanted to run 265/40/19 but that tire size is impossible to find where I'm from. Any suggestions on tire size I should get? Was thinking of getting a higher profiled tire like 45 or 50 but not sure if that will be to big any advice would be appreciated

Seems to me your wheels are just too wide, and appropriate size tires may not work with the clearance required.

The wheel sizes that you purchased are far too aggressive for an e9X non-M, and were meant for an M3. The only possible way to get these to fit under your fenders is with significantly stretched tires (like the one's that you mentioned), along with a very aggressive amount of negative camber front and rear. This means aftermarket camber plates will need to be purchased. Additionally, you would likely need to roll your rear fenders.

In terms of tire, you cannot increase the sidewall height, as you are then throwing off your overall rolling diameter. When overall rolling diameter is significantly off from stock specifications, you will see various negative side effects with acceleration, handling characteristics, and fender clearance.

An e9X M3 would run 255/35/19, 265/30/29 or 275/30/19 tires up front paired with the 9.5 et20 wheel. In the rear, you would see a 275/35/19, 285/30/19, or 295/30/19 on the 19x10.5 et25 respectively.

If you're not going to be slammed or lowered.. It's going to look really weird. You can get away with 235/35 up front. I had that size but I now run 225/35. (Didn't have matching 235 tires so I went down a size). Same front spec. You can run a 255/30 or 265/30. I would recommend 265/30. I have 265/30 on 11 inch +20 about to go +15. Also, you don't need to run aggressive camber or plates. Max out your fronts which is -1.7 to -1.9 I've heard some ppl get -2.0 on stock adjustment. You will need to roll or shave the rear fenders. Shave it and a slight pull on the fender where it meets the rear bumper. Here's mine.. Prolly not the best picture to see clearance but hope it helps. This is with 235/35 up front

Edit: if you're not XI.. You can run 235/35 up front and 245/35( will stretch a bit) on the rears. Maybe try 255/35? But most ppl run 255/30. Try www.tyrestretch.com to see how different size tires will look

Sometimes there is truth in the old saying, your first loss is your least. Sell those wheels and get some that are appropriately sized for your car.
