I hear you on the ocd thing as well. Same lol... It made me sad when my ladies little mazda 6 with a 4cyl had a dual exhaust from factory and I'm sitting there like...

Haha. While I do think the dual look of the 335 is sweet, and obviously the M3's quads are just nasty (in a good way).. I personally enjoy the 328's exhaust exit, as to me it is OG BMW 3er.

so here was my Saturday! 6 hours to get everything perfect but well worth it.
process was measure, cut, sand, polish, tack weld and repeat. after everything was in place we removed the tack welding and welded it properly, 2000 degree heat resistant gloss black paint, mounted the muffler back on and there you have it 6 hours later me and my friend did it he asked for $225 i gave him $350 for the good job. what do u think?! |

Looks pretty!
Like Big said, the sharp bend is questionable, but I think one of the actual kits has that bend on the passenger side, unless its a dummy pipe. Good job DIY'ing it, though! Let us know how it works out.

bends are 90 degrees but yes def notice slight decrease in accelerations at under 2.5 rpms. very minimal though, i wanted a functional exhaust rather than a dummy pipe. def happy with the outcome though

Fuggit!
You did great. If I attempted a DIY, I'd have some cock eyed pipes. :
