Quick Question about fitment

I'm looking at possibly getting myself a set of VARRSTOEN wheels (http://www.ebay.com/itm/19-BMW-E90-E...237606&vxp=mtr)

However they only come in 18x8.5/18x9.5 OR 19x9.5/19x10.5 (+20/+22 offset)

I own a 2011 e90 and i'm dopping it on HR Race (2in front/1.5in rear)

My question is: Will these fit? If so, will they require fender rolling?

I use to own an e92 dropped on same springs with 19x8.5/19x9.5 set up and i felt that was already cutting it too close.
