AVOID - BMW of Ann Arbor

Just a tip, if you live in South East Michigan at no point should ever considering taking your BMW to BMW of Ann Arbor for service of any kind. Take a drive to Okemos or Erhard BMW of Bloomfield or Farmington.

Not only did I find that BMW of Ann Arbor left my vehicle unlocked in their unsecured lot over night, but they managed to damage my vehicle twice while it was in their possession. First when they scraped the driver side front and rear door leaving a long white gouge/scuff in the paint, but they also managed to dent my hood from the inside in multiple places because of an unsecured hood strut. Yes, they have offered to fix the damage (after refusing to deny responsibility for the damage and insulting me in the process), but they expectation that your vehicle comes back to you in the same condition it is dropped off in seems reasonable. The arrogance of some members of their team is almost comical.

I was heading to a hunting spot and was about 40 minutes from home, near BMW of Ann Arbor when I got a flat in my E46 330CI. BMW OAA was the only place that had the tire size I needed to continue on and they charged me $450 for one tire. I forgot what kind but they knew they had me and raped me.
