Help with new wheel fitment!
Hey guys,
I recently purchased a square set of 18x9.5 +22 TE47SL, and just grabbed 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 Pirelli PZERO Nero tires. I have an 2009 E92 and wondering if these will fit without any issues? Right now I am running OEM sport suspension, but will probably buy coilovers later down the road. I am wondering if it'll rub at all on the two suspension set ups? Let me know what you guys think!! |

That front is going to be pretty aggressive. Are you planning changing your alignment settings to add some camber?

Why run a square wheel fitment with staggered and stretched tires? The major benefits of running a square fitment are the ability to rotative wheels and tires on all four corners, as well as reducing the cars understeer (improving the handling). Your tire selection will discard both of these benefits.
As others have mentioned, the front offset is too aggressive, but of course with tire stretching and neg camber you can make almost anything "fit".

they'll work for sure! I'm running the same exact specs but with 255/35r18 pilot super sports all around. I have camber plates up front and run -2.5* and still have some wiggle room. I'd say you'd be fine with a 225 up front and -1 camber. If anything I'd suggest going 235 up front and 265 in the rears. Btw great choice of wheels but I'm biased sooooo

Mismatched stretch AND mismatched fitment is not going to be a good look... OP has E92. It's narrower and also plastic fenders so possible cracking if fitment is too aggressive.

Thanks for your guy's input. I decided to do 225 and 255 because the previous owner, Danio, ran the same specs but on his E90 with mag blue versions instead.
